Is Fortune House open?

Yes, we’re open everyday from 11AM-3PM, 5PM-10PM for dine-in, carryout, and contactless pickup.

Our guests’ safety is our priority so we’ve made some changes to our dine-in experience. Though we miss our Fortune House guests, please continue to support us through carryout and contactless pickup if you don’t feel comfortable dining in. Your support keeps us going during these tough times so we can also continue to support the staff at Fortune House.

What is Fortune House doing to keep the staff safe?

We’re doing temperature checks before every shift, and wearing masks in and out of the kitchen. Our guests and our staff’s safety is our priority during these times. We’re doing all that we can to support our Fortune House family.

What is Fortune House doing to keep guests safe?

We’re serving disposable straws, chopsticks, napkins for dine-in guests. Menus are laminated and sanitized before and after every use. All booths and tables are sanitized after every dine-in guest, and we’re also seating every other table to enforce social distancing.

Guests are instructed by the host to take off their masks when at their table but to wear masks when getting up or going to the restrooms. Hand sanitizer is also available at the door when you enter and leave through our doors. We serve our guests with purified water (whereas most restaurants just serve tap water) - this isn’t a change due to COVID, but we thought we’d mention it :)

How do guests pay?

Online orders are prepaid so all you’ll have to do is pickup. Contactless carryout can pay through our Square contactless payment system where we ask our guests to chip or tap then sign. Hand sanitizer is available right after you touch the device to sign.

How can I order my contactless pickups?

Our preferred online ordering is through our online ordering system Toast or phone 972-831-9888, but we also take orders through DoorDash and UberEats. There are designated spots for all pickups as soon as you walk in the door - you can ask one of the Fortune House staff regarding your order or easily find it yourself!
